"Here all seeking is over,
the lost has been found,
a mate has been found
to share the chills of winter..."
Hawaiian Song, Wedding Blessings by June Cotner

You love joy!  You enjoy celebrations!  You would like to become a wedding minister or officant, but you are not sure how to go about it.   This course is for you.

Becoming a wedding officiant involves facilitating the expression of love.  It involves an understanding of the many aspects involved in creating and performing a wedding service.  It involves knowledge and yet it becomes an art.  Students gain both the knowledge and the art of wedding officiating through this course of study.

This course guides students through an in-depth study of the wedding ceremony. Beginning with the initial interview with a couple, and concluding with directions on how to establish your wedding ministry, this course provides a solid foundation for you to begin the performance of weddings.

On line studies leading to certification as a Wedding Minister/Officiant  allows an opportunity for our students to obtain knowledge, confidence and professional validation in the wedding officiant business.   All portions of this study are on line. Students must complete all six (6) portions of the study program, as outlined below and receive a 75% or higher on the final exam.  In addition, prior to certification, each student must create and submit an original wedding ceremony.  All students are encouraged to complete their studies as a Certified Wedding Minister/Officiant at their own pace.  Students must be ordained prior to receiving their certification.  Existing ordinations are accepted by The Ministerial Seminary of America, LLC, but must be validated.  Students are warmly invited to obtain their ordination through The Ministerial Seminary of America.
